On July 14, 2023, our Smart Speaker API experienced a server error, leading to the disruption of services.
The root cause was identified as a stoppage in the Nginx service.
Our dedicated development team promptly engaged to address the issue, working diligently to restore the API’s functionality.
We are pleased to inform you that the problem has been successfully resolved, and the Smart Speaker API is now fully operational. The entire resolution process was completed within 24 hours of the incident.
